Our programmers are constantly monitoring this service to increase its accuracy. In order for us to do this we need accurate model and serial number combinations along with appropriate brand name, to research for possible errors.
- Please enter complete model number, serial number and brand name for each product being researched. Failure to do so may result in inaccurate results.
- Entering only a partial model number, besides defeating the recall search, is prohibited. Please enter complete model number, serial number and brand name for each product being researched every time.
- Data mining is not allowed. Repeating searches with fictitious information just to see what the results are, is data mining. Doing so will result in discontinued access to this service.
- When optional, please enter the full product brand name to enable research into search failures or for future inclusions. It is not possible to conduct proper research with incomplete information. Please don’t truncate input or invent abbreviations.
- Remote computerized access to the services of this site without the express permission of the webmaster is not allowed. Any attempts will result in immediate membership termination.
If your access is revoked due to any of the above incidents, no refund will be given. Any membership fees paid will be forfeit.
